WD-40, (Water Displacement, 40th formula) was created by Norm Larsen in 1953. We know it can stop squeaks, but did you know it has loads of other powers?
If you find this post useful, please share it with your pals by clicking any of the buttons above. Thanks!
Please be aware that WD-40 is highly flammable and can be harmful if swallowed. Use in a well-ventilated area away from pets and children.
1. Remove chewing gum from hair. Spray on some WD-40, then comb it out. Easy!
2. Look great on the course and polish your golf clubs with it.
3. If you’ve got a hard-to-remove sticker, spray a little WD-40 on it, leave it to soak and then wipe it off.
4. Prevent wasps from building nests by spraying it in the nooks and crannies of your house.
5. If a child (or naughty adult) has drawn outside the lines and managed to get crayon on the wall, spray a little WD-40 on it. Take a clean cloth to wipe all the marks away – magic.
6. Remove dog mess from your shoe. Spray it on then use an old toothbrush to get rid of it.
7.Stuck ring? A quick spray of WD-40 and it will slip right off. Easy!
8. Does your precious piano sound a bit dodgy? Lubricate the piano hammer action for a smooth sound.
9. Remove stiff nuts and bolts easily by spraying a bit of your trusty WD-40 on it.
10. Spray bird feeder stands to keep those naughty squirrels from stealing all the food. They’ll slide right off.
11. Winter is coming! Prepare now by waterproofing your winter shoes and boots with a light coat of WD-40.
12. Clean off mud from shoes.
13. Spray a small amount on your snow shovel blade to help the snow slide off easily.
14. Shine shower doors. Spray WD-40 on and let it sit for 20 minutes before wiping it off with some paper towels.
15. Get rid of dirty gunk and grease from your car windows, interiors and fenders.
16. Keep beard trimmers lubricated and working well.
17. Prevent animals for getting into your outdoor bin by spraying WD-40 around the outside bottom.
